Special Orders

CLARITY OF ORDER

Please provide sufficient detail in your order including the type of product, variety name, colour, stem length (where applicable) and quantity. Any other relevant information is appreciated, including second options.

TIME FRAMES

Best Scenario: You place your Special Order with us 6 weeks ahead.

This is the best possible scenario as it gives your order time to be placed and committed to by the supply partner.

Workable Scenario: You place your Special Order with us at least 3 weeks ahead.

This is the ideal timeframe as we are able to place orders with our supply partners up until this time.

A 50% – 50% Scenario: You place your order inside the 3 week cut off.

If you receive a late request or are let down by another supplier you are welcome to place your late order with us.

We will do our utmost to fulfill it, however given the tight timeframes we’ve lost the ability to order product in & will source it from already arriving stock. Please note there are no guarantees for late orders.

In short, we will always gladly accept your order, though the earlier you submit it the better chance you give yourself of a successful supply solution.
